This works out to 25+ days of food on a 2,000 calorie a day diet.  Mashed potatoes are a great side dish or main course for your emergency food supplies. These are restaurant quality mashed potatoes dehydrated and concentrated into a fine powder or crystal form. Rather then the typically lumpy shape of your typical dehydrated "potato flakes" these mix smoothly into warm water can create tasty mashed potatoes with ONLY water and optional salt added. No need to work and add additional components such as milk and butter (which might not be available) to make these delicious. As an added bonus, the crystal form takes up less then half the space of potato flakes.

The potato’s are packaged for optimal freshness and long-term storage using state of the art packaging methods. Cooking instructions are included to assist in preparation which is simple as only water and salt are required.

Choose components such as Rice, mashed potatoes , Black and Pinto Beans, Salt and Soup Base Seasoning to add flavor.
