Iodized Salt is useful for a variety of purposes in cooking and baking.  This is a full 10 pounds of high-quality Iodized Salt sealed in high quality mylar along with desiccant packages to prevent clumping.

Shelf life can be expected to nearly be indefinite as salt is quite stable and does not degrade as long as it's kept cool and dry.
