This product contains 12 lbs of oatmeal sealed for long-term storage and freshness using state-of-the-art packaging methods. The inner packages are sealed in food grade, FDA approved mylar as a long-term barrier to oxygen. The outer container is a standard 5 gallon bucket to keep contents dry and for later sealing to keep open product fresh. All packaging is performed in an FDA registered food packaging plant in a climate controlled and HEPA filtered clean production room.
