Our chicken base seasoning is a high quality crystal bullion made by the well known company "Knorr" that works well as a seasoning on foods such as rice or soup base. Each package is 1/2 pounds and includes enough bullion to make 32x 8oz cups of soup or put 32x 1.5 tsp of seasoning on rice or beans. Shelf life can be expected to range as long as 10-15 years due to a trace amount of oil within the real chicken stock component within the ingredients.
