Our Gumbo Soup Mix makes a eight One Cup servings or 1/2 Gallon of soup with only water added. This soup works well as a stand alone meal, or as a complement with the rice and beans within our meal foundation kits which contain White rice, pinto and black beans. We offer this component as a complement to add variety and zest to our standard meal foundation kits which have the caloric base to provide a minimum of 1,800 calories a day.
