Long Term Dairy

We offer dairy products including Non-Fat Milk and Whole Eggs, both dehydrated and powdered for long term storage. Non-Fat milk is an amazingly efficient method to obtain calcium and protein. Powdered Whole Eggs are perhaps the most protein dense substance available. We package these products using the latest technology to maximize long term storage viability. According to current research on these products, customers can expect 10 plus years of storage from these products.

Powdered whole egg is perhaps the most nutrition dense substance available with the nutrition ounce to ounce an average of 230% that of beef steak. This is UNCUT (mixed with fillers) so the only ingredient is EGG that has been spray dried in the United States. During the drying process 4.3 pounds of liquid whole egg becomes one pound of dried whole egg. Thus, to reconstitute a pound of eggs (approximately 9) one would add .25 lbs of powdered whole egg and .75 lbs of water (1.4 cups).

Real Nonfat Powdered Milk is a delicious way to supplement your diet with needed protein and calcium. In addition, powdered non-fat milk can be used as a replacement in recipes calling for milk or even cereal!  This is REAL NONFAT MILK - NOT "whey Protein" which is a cheap by-product of cheese production often passed off as protein.  Reconstitution is easy and can even be done with cold water an generally mixes 5-6 tsp (23g) of mix with 8 oz of water or simply mix to your taste preferences. 
We offer THREE sizes, including 1.5 pound, 5 pound and a 10 pound size packaged in a 5 gallon bucket. All packaging is done in our facility in Western North Carolina, USA.
